$22.00 per hour - Rooms 2 thru 8 (278 to 380 sq. ft.)
$25.00 per hour - Room 1 (561 sq. ft.)
$30.00 per hour - Room 10 (755 sq.ft.)

Specials
Happy hour special - $18.00 /hour, Monday to Friday 3:00 – 6:00pm
(Rooms 2–8 only)
Student special - $15.00 /hour, Monday to Friday 3:00 – 6:00pm
(with valid student ID)
Drummer only - $12.00 /hour, based on availability

Hourly Rates Include
- Full 800w PA powered by Audio Pro, Mackie, Yorkville, and EV.
- Mixing Console w/FX.
- Two Wizard Classic 4 x 12" guitar cabinets.
- Traynor, Yorkville, or Ampeg 400w bass amplifier.
- Gretsch "Catalina Maple ” or Yamaha drums. (Cymbals, snare and kick pedal not included)
- Shure SM58 or Behringer microphones, stands, and cables.

Rental Gear Available
- Tube Amplifiers - $7 per session
- Cymbals, kick pedals and snare drums - $5 per session
- Bass and six-string electric guitars - $5 per session
- Korg Triton Keyboard - $10 per session
- Roland Keyboard Amps - $5 per session
- FX Pedals - $2 per session


Room 1 A favourite room for many bands, this is our second largest room and it can hold lots of people and equipment. Accoustically treated, this room features an 8' x 8' drum riser and it is a great room for photo shoots, video shoots, preparing for your upcoming tour, and of course rehearsals. Dimensions: 19' 2" x 29' 3" (561 sq. ft.) with 14' 7" ceilings.


Room 2 Your “Rock Standard” rehearsal room. Big and roomy with lots of space to stretch out….Let There Be Rock! Dimensions: 14' 3" x 26' 5" (376 sq. ft.) with 14' 7" ceilings.


Room 3 One of our most requested rooms for its vibe and ambiance, with just the right mix of acoustical treatment. Dimensions: 14' 3" x 26' 3" (374 sq. ft.) with 14' 7" ceilings.

Room 4
A superb sounding room with great tonal balance and creative atmosphere, ideal for maximum Rock & Roll.
Dimensions: 13' 4" x 28' (373 sq. ft.) with 14' ceilings.

Room 7
A superb sounding room with an intimate feel, and even though this is our smallest room it is still big enough to handle a five piece band comfortably.
Dimensions: 13' 3" x 21' (278 sq. ft.) with 12' ceilings.


Room 5 A much in demand room for its size and sound, this room is the perfect choice for bands that want to kick out the jams. Dimensions: 13' 4" x 26' 6" (353 sq. ft.) with 13' 5" ceilings.


Room 8 A great sounding room....not bouncy and not dead….this is a favourite room for many of Vancouver's best musicians. Dimensions: 19' 6" x 19' 6" (380 sq. ft.) with 15' ceilings.

Room 10
A fantastic room with high ceilings and a 12’ x 19' 6” stage that is wired for session recording.
With plenty of room to stretch out, this room is acoustically treated and ideal for bands with a horn section and also with church groups.
The ideal room for showcases, video production, photo shoots, as well as rehearsals, this room has been used to shoot a number of music videos and television commercials.
Dimensions: 19' 6" x 38' 9" (755 sq. ft.) with 15' ceilings.
